House 120 and its affiliates operating under the “House 120” brand (collectively, “House 120”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respect your privacy and use your personal information in an effort to fulfill our commitment to offering an unparalleled member experience. This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of House 120, including the types of personal information we obtain, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices available to you regarding our use of the information. It also describes the measures we take to safeguard your personal information and how you can contact us.

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we obtain when you interact with House 120, including when you visit and use our locations (our “Clubs”), use our website, mobile application, or other online services on which this Privacy Policy is included or linked (collectively, the “Services”), apply for a job with us, or otherwise connect with us.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to House 120 products and services that have separate privacy policies.

Information We Collect

  • Professional information, such as job title and employer details.
  • Login credentials (e.g., username and password).
  • Payment and financial information, such as your credit/debit card number, expiration date and security code, bank account number, and billing address.
  • Demographic information you provide when you visit or become a member of House 120, such as date of birth, age, and gender identity or expression.
  • Information regarding your fitness, health, nutrition, activities, biological characteristics, and training goals, programs and progress.
  • Membership and usage information, such as membership ID, the Clubs you visit and the times you check in, workouts you log, classes you book, information provided when you purchase or schedule training sessions and treatments, and transaction history.
  • Personal preferences, such as favorite clubs, classes and instructors.
  • Images and video, including photographs and CCTV footage.
  • The geolocation of your device if you consent to the collection of this data.
  • Biometric and health information such as blood panel results and sleep analysis results.
  • Information from third-party fitness devices, apps or services (e.g., Apple Health) that you choose to connect to your House 120 account (“Connected Accounts”).
  • Other information you provide to us, including through emails and other communications, surveys, and your interactions with House 120 and its personnel.

In many cases, we collect this personal information directly from you. In some cases, we collect it from other sources, such as our affiliates and subsidiaries, business partners with whom we partner to provide products or services, referrals from friends and family, and other sources such as publicly available databases and service providers acting on our behalf.

Information We Obtain By Automated Means

When you interact with our Services, or connect to Wi-Fi at one of our Clubs, we obtain certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons, and similar technologies. The information we obtain in this manner may include your IP address, device identifiers, browser characteristics, browsing history, language preferences, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, and the dates and times of your visits.

These technologies help us remember your information, understand how you use our Services, tailor the Services to your preferences, measure usability and the effectiveness of our communications, and otherwise manage and enhance our Services. Your browser may allow you to restrict or disable certain cookies; without them, you may not be able to use all features of our Services. Text Messages

Where offered, you may elect to communicate with House 120 by text message. By electing to receive text messages, you consent to receiving them and understand that message and data rates may apply. Providing this consent is not a condition of becoming a member or receiving any goods or services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from House 120; reply HELP for help.

Third-Party Sites and Connected Accounts

Our Services may contain links to other online services or enable you to connect with third-party sites, tools, or social media platforms, or to connect Connected Accounts. These operate independently from us, and their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Your interactions with them are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and we encourage you to review their terms and policies, as they may differ from ours.

How We Protect Personal Information

Consistent with general industry standards, House 120 maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

Intended for Use by Adults

The Services are intended for use by adults. The Services are not intended for or directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy, in our discretion, to reflect changes in our privacy practices, the Services, and applicable law.
